As of now, Raters should have a good idea how many points someone deserves for something. Currently there really is no limit as to how many points one should receive, and it typically balances out thanks to the other members. But of course you shouldn't be making ridiculously high or low ratings anyway - if that's the case chances are, that too will balance out.
