After the previous two being for [[Middleweights]] and [[Heavyweights]], NW3 was for Lightweights, again in [[Stock]] like its predecessors. The tournament has currently finished the registration process, with Reier producing the splash and brackets in the next few days. Both previous champions, [[nerd500]] and [[Jack Daniels]], returned for this tournament. The arena remained the same as the previous tournament's, with the pits closed but hammers and floorraiser working.

Reier slightly changed the format from the previous tournament. Instead of the first round being 1 vs 1, it became a 4-way rumble. The Semi-Finals remained 4-way rumbles, with the final now a 1 vs 1 deathmatch.
