Scout is the Lightweight of Team Red Zone. He uses a DDT-powered forklift flipper and two wheel drive. He has titanium armor and is powered by a Nifty. As with the other stock flipper Flapjack, he is not bad, speaking at stock level of course. Drawback:He can't self-right.
The DSL version of Scout is a flipper also called Scout.
It has one of the best wedges of all the LW division, but can only damage an opponent by accidentally hammering them when the wedges come down, like another noted LW flipper, launch pad 1.
