Devil is BLACK STORM's MW, a wedged Rammer.
With 2 HP Z-tek drive it had the potential to be the fastest MW in Stock AI, but the bindings prevents him from going very fast.
He wasn't much of a danger, because the two Iron spikes (his only weapon) were placed on top of it's (unefficient) wedge, so and they almost never hit the enemy.
The DSL version of Devil is Devil II.
Still a wedged rammer, he is now much more efficient. He has 4WD, and is the fastest of all the DSL MW's. Also, his wedge is better, his front is well protected and the iron spikes DO come into play now.
