Flame wars are arguments gone wrong within the forum.

Flame wars are when an otherwise normal thread is hijacked into an all out insult fest between two or more people/groups. [[N00bs]] often think that any serious debate is a falem war, but they are wrong, and are often flamed for it. Think of flame wars as an online version of a shouting match.

Flame wars are often started by [[Forum Arsonist]]s, [[Vet Whacker]]s, particularly aggressive [[n00b]]s or by the result of [[n00b whacking]] (but generally not wanted by [[n00b whacker]]s themselves).
