With 4 wheel drive and some armour, this is the best hammer in the game.

In DSL, Raptor is now Velociraptor, always a four-wheel-drive hammer, but now with two different hammer weapons and three ice picks on each.
Has low chassis armor but very good external armor, basically a mess of different weapons.
