Ironbot was a tournament hosted by Clickbeetle in the summer of 2011. Unlike his other series of tournaments, BBEANS, this was not a standard double elimination tournament. Instead, the goal was to survive. If you lost a component in a fight it would be lost forever, unless you lost a wheel and had a spare. If your robot was destroyed twice or lost all its wheels it was out of the tournament for good. Clickbeetle created a new arena, the Containment Cube, for the tournament as well. He also banned popups, but Naryar exploited a loophole and created Grinding Noise, a spin-motor popup that ended up winning the tournament.
