Drama, often called in the context of internet e-drama, is an amusing but also saddening situation often observed on internet forums. It is often caused by:
- a kid crying over people disliking him
- various members posting suicidal notes, that is "I'm leaving" threads
- camps forming when kids argue over their personal beliefs, often tied to previous e-drama
- forum arsonists hijacking a perfectly good thread and making it into a flame war full of personal insults
- circlejerking (a pompous, self-congratulatory discussion where little to no progress is made)
- people making threads accusing others of killing the forum by going off-topic.
- Trolls
The only remedy to this is to stop being so uptight about an internet forum.
