On June 22, 2006, my 38th birthday, I joined the Robot Arena forums - for those of you actually paying attention to the numbers, that makes me 39 - but I had actually found the game approximately six months previous to finding the forums and signing up.  Previous to that, I was playing other computer games, mostly racing and demolition derby games, rollercoaster construction games, and pinball games.  To date, I have something like twenty  different racing games, four different rollercoaster games, and twelve different pinball tables to choose from, so I'm never bored when I rev up my computers!  Those make up a large portion of my game interests, as well as constructing little robots that beat the bejesus out of other robots, of course .....
