Also, I am an avid ferroequinologist.  (Wha ......?)  For those of you who are wondering what the heck that means, it's very easy: "ferro-" = iron, "-equine-" = horse, "-ologist" = one who studies.  Literal translation: "oneone who studies the iron horse", commonly known as "trains". (See?  And you thought I was making this up ..........)  I am a model train enthusiast, with a rather large collection of different-scale trains.  My current project is an N-scale layout in a glass-toppped coffe table, and an HO-scale loop runs around the upper half of my room.  If anyone is interested, I can post a few pictures of my collection of N and HO scale trains.

On June 22, 2006, my 38th birthday, I joined the Robot Arena forums - for those of you actually paying attention to the numbers, that makes me 39 - but I had actually found the game approximately six months previous to finding the forums and signing up.  Previous to that, I was playing other computer games, mostly racing and demolition derby games, rollercoaster construction games, and pinball games.  To date, I have something like twenty  different racing games, four different rollercoaster games, and twelve different pinball tables to choose from, so I'm never bored when I rev up my computers!  Those make up a large portion of my game interests, as well as constructing little robots that beat the bejesus out of other robots, of course .....
