Deep down however, he is considered to be a 100% nice guy, known for being friendly, approachable and hard to get angry in most cases, often referring to both friend and enemy alike with colloquialisms such as ''"Old Chum"'' and ''"Matey"'', both of which have become well-known catchphrases of his. He also has something of a friendly rivalry with [[NFX]], mainly focussing on beating him in each tournament they come across each other in.
