Rotation-Powered Pulsar is THE PARAGON of Flail SnS. Is probably one of the most feared bots of DSL. It does has it's weaknesses though.
Strengths: High damage, anti-wedge sweeping power
Weaknesses: Gets beaten easily by the right design
