In System Flailure's final battle against T-4, wedges were what decided the battle. T-4 easily outwedged System Flailure and flipped it out in the first two matches of the fight. In the third match however, System Flailure damaged T-4's burst motor and it wasn't strong enough anymore to toss out System Flailure. After 2 tries (and misses) to KO T-4 from right next to it on its bare underbelly, the countdown clock started and T-4 was counted out. On the side of System Flailure, parts of the programming files for the bot are skinned on, and the name is a play on "System Failure". System Flailure spawned [[Epic Flailure]], which lost the first two rounds and is now out of [[RAW]].
