Though it was Naryar's best MW when it was built, it isn't any more (while still being a decent bot in Naryar's standings) since a long time, mainly because of outdated wedges, and it has been destroyed many times by newer gut-rippers and other bots.

It is featured in NAR AI as well. While Hazcon is outdated, it is sometimes able to beat a few of the better NAR AI MWs.
Naryar doesn't wants to rebuild his juggler because he considers Hazcon to be simply too awesome to rebuild.
