Basically the full-power HW HS, it dedicates more than on the weapon. Not much of a threat to fast gut-rippers (except if it can rip their weapons off), it however shows it's power against slow opponents. 5mm titanium armor is also pretty high on a HS. Hasn't got a lot of battery power though...
