Since when was Sparky permabanned? It only says that he's banned for 75 days:

"sparkeys ban extended to 75 days for messaging me last night and denying his actions, thinking that i wasn't the one who banned him and that he could trick me. when i presented my IP evidence, he started bawwing and begging. Grow up and take it like a man."
