Off-topic dweller

An off-topic dweller is a forum user that does not build or contribute to RA2 anymore (or it's contributions are very few) and spends most of it's posts in the Playground, Chatterbox and off-topic section.

They are generally not n00bs, being not disruptive to the community, excepted sometimes on the rare flame war in off-topic.

Off-topic dwellers are viewed with certain degrees of acceptance. Some consider them useless and claim that they should not be here, and some do not mind them. Most are quite insignificant, but there are two exceptions which are mostly liked by everyone.
